🍲 Slow Cooker Chicken & Rice Bowl

 

Ingredients:

• 2 chicken breasts
• 1 cup white rice
• 2 carrots (chopped)
• 1 zucchini (sliced)
• ½ cup peas
• 4 cups water

 

Slow Cooker Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to slow cooker.

  2. Cook on LOW for 6 hours.

  3. Shred chicken once fully cooked.

  4. Stir well and let cool before serving.

 

Cyrus Tip:

Freeze extra portions for busy days. Homemade can still be easy.

• 1 lb ground turkey
• 1 sweet potato (cubed)
• ½ cup green beans
• ½ cup spinach
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 3 cups water

 

Slow Cooker Instructions:

  1. Add turkey and vegetables to slow cooker.

  2. Cook on LOW for 5–6 hours.

  3. Stir gently before serving.

  4. Let cool completely.
