Cyrus’s Fiber-Rich Bowl for Smooth Moves & Parasite Protection
Fiber fit for a king. This vibrant bowl boosts digestion, supports immune balance, and gently defends against unwanted guests — no chemicals needed.
Ingredients:

1 lb lean ground turkey

1/2 cup steamed carrots (grated)

1/4 cup pumpkin seeds (lightly crushed)

1/2 cup mashed sweet potato

1 boiled egg (halved)

Handful of spinach
-
2 stalks steamed asparagus
-
1 tbsp coconut oil
-
1 tsp psyllium husk (optional, for extra fiber)

Small spoonful of activated charcoal paste (optional, gentle detox)
Instructions:

Cook the turkey fully in a non-stick pan. Set aside.

Steam the carrots, asparagus, and spinach lightly.

Mash the sweet potato. Add pumpkin seeds and mix.

Plate each portion together like royalty: turkey, mashed mix, steamed greens, boiled egg.

Drizzle with coconut oil. Add psyllium or charcoal if using.
