Cyrus’s Fiber-Rich Bowl for Smooth Moves & Parasite Protection

Fiber fit for a king. This vibrant bowl boosts digestion, supports immune balance, and gently defends against unwanted guests — no chemicals needed.

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey

  • 1/2 cup steamed carrots (grated)

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds (lightly crushed)

  • 1/2 cup mashed sweet potato

  • 1 boiled egg (halved)

  • Handful of spinach

  • 2 stalks steamed asparagus

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1 tsp psyllium husk (optional, for extra fiber)

  • Small spoonful of activated charcoal paste (optional, gentle detox)

 

 

 

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Cook the turkey fully in a non-stick pan. Set aside.

  2. Steam the carrots, asparagus, and spinach lightly.

  3. Mash the sweet potato. Add pumpkin seeds and mix.

  4. Plate each portion together like royalty: turkey, mashed mix, steamed greens, boiled egg.

  5. Drizzle with coconut oil. Add psyllium or charcoal if using.

  6. Serve fresh or refrigerate up to 3 days. Freeze extras in portioned glass containers.
