Lean Chicken & Veggie Bowl (Weight Control Recipe)

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 lb lean ground chicken

  • 1 cup cooked white rice

  • 1/2 cup steamed spinach

  • 1/2 cup mashed sweet potato

  • 1/4 cup blueberries

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 hard-boiled egg

  • Pinch of turmeric

  • Dash of cinnamon

 

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Cook the chicken thoroughly in a skillet with no added salt or seasoning.

  2. Steam spinach and mash the sweet potato.

  3. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

  4. Let cool to room temperature.

  5. Portion into daily meals. Refrigerate up to 3 days, or freeze for later!

 

 

Serving Size: Adjust based on your pup’s weight. This recipe makes 3–5 meals for small dogs or 2–3 for medium breeds.
