1 cup cooked chicken (shredded, no seasoning)

 

1/2 cup cooked brown rice

 

1/4 cup chopped carrots (steamed)

 

1/4 cup spinach (lightly steamed)

 

1 tsp olive oil or salmon oil (optional for coat health)

 

Instructions:

 

 

 

 

 

Mix all ingredients in a bowl while still warm. Let it cool completely before serving.Store extras in the fridge for up to 3 days.
