The Royal Feast Bowl

Inspired by Cyrus the Great’s love for balance, color, and strength.

Ingredients:

 

Ground turkey

White cabbage (shredded)

Carrots (chopped)

PeasSweet potatoes (cubed)

Parsley (chopped)

Brown rice (cooked)

Instructions:

 

In a pan, cook ground turkey until fully browned.Steam sweet potatoes, carrots, and cabbage until soft.In a pot, mix turkey, veggies, and brown rice together.Stir in chopped parsley at the end for a fresh finish.Cool and serve with royal flair. Benefits: Great for diges

Ingredients:

 

Lamb heart & kidney (chopped small)

Beets (diced)

Green pepper (chopped)

Spinach

Celery (finely chopped)

Brown rice (cooked)

Instructions:

 

Gently simmer lamb organs in water for 30–40 minutes.

Add chopped veggies to the pot and cook until soft.Stir in spinach last to preserve nutrients.Mix with cooked brown rice.Cool before serving to your brave companion.

Ingredients:

 

  • ½ cup cooked sweet potato (mashed – skin removed)

  • ¼ cup cooked salmon (flaked, no bones)

  • 1 tbsp finely chopped kale or spinach (lightly steamed)

  • ¼ cup cooked quinoa or brown rice

  • 1 tsp coconut oil (cold-pressed, organic)

  • Optional: ½ tsp ground flaxseed or chia seed

 

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Gently mix all ingredients in a bowl while warm.
