Slow Cooker Lamb Heart & Turkey Feast (Royal Edition)

Protein


  • 2 lamb hearts (lightly rinsed, rough-chopped)

  • 2 small rolls ground turkey



Vegetables


  • Celery (chopped)

  • Carrots (chopped)

  • Sweet potatoes (cubed)

  • Cabbage (mix of white & red, chopped)



Grains & legumes


  • Brown rice (dry)

  • Kidney beans (dry, pre-soaked — NOT canned)



Superfood add-ins


  • Pumpkin purĆ©e (unsweetened)

  • Turmeric

  • Pinch of black pepper

  • A few whole cloves (for warmth & digestion)



Water


  • Enough to cover ingredients comfortably

  1. Add all ingredients to an 8-quart slow cooker.

  2. Stir gently to combine.

  3. Cook on LOW for 5–7 hours, until:


    • Hearts are tender

    • Rice and beans are fully cooked

    • Stew smells like love and royalty


  4. Let cool completely.

  5. Portion into freezer-safe containers.

  6. Freeze.
